1. General Provisions & Introduction

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. mospay reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time if false or incorrect information is provided.

2.4 KYC Verification

Prior to withdrawal or in any suspicious circumstances, mospay may request your national ID or other documents to complete identity verification (KYC). Transactions may not be processed until verification is complete.

3. Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit

Mospay currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are usually credited instantly, though in cases of technical issues they may take up to 15 minutes.

• Always use the correct reference number when making a deposit.
• Deposits made through third parties are not permitted.
• No additional fees are charged on deposits.

3.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are typically 5–15 minutes within the stated timeframe. The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT, and the maximum single withdrawal limit is set per applicable terms. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

3.3 Fraud Prevention

Mospay uses advanced fraud detection systems. If any suspicious financial activity is identified, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended and additional information may be requested.

4. Betting Rules

4.1 Valid Bets

All bets placed on mospay are considered final unless a technical error or event cancellation necessitates a review. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

4.2 Incorrect Odds

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or human mistake, mospay reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. In such cases, your original stake will be returned.

4.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or goes beyond its scheduled time, mospay will make a ruling in accordance with its own guidelines. In most cases, bets on cancelled events are voided and the stake is returned.

4.4 Suspicious Betting Activity

If arbitrage betting, bot usage, or any other form of misconduct is detected, mospay may suspend the account and void any winnings. Maintaining a fair and level playing field is our top priority.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Mospay rewards its members through welcome bonuses, cashback, referral rewards, and a VIP program. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms and conditions:

• Wagering Requirement: A minimum number of wagers must be placed before withdrawing bonus funds. Wagering requirements are stated separately for each offer.
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Abuse is Prohibited: Any attempt to abuse bonuses or collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all associated benefits.
